Step 5. Remove "Lake" transformation.
	A.	In the Mapping tab, highlight the "Lake" transformation and click on the "Delete" icon.   The image will now look like this:   This creates additional area in the ground plane, different than in the "lords 1" layer, and roughly defines a horizon going off to the left and to the right.
