Step 2. Assessment. |

| A. | With the current Layer tab settings, the visible image is simply the "lords 1" layer as colored by the overlying "coloring" layer.
Mulling this over, I notice that the scene, excluding coloring, has an approximate horizontal symmetry about a vertical axis, which is offcenter to the right. This sparks an idea! What if I were to duplicate the "lords 1" layer as a new, "lords 2" layer, place the "lords 2" layer above the "lords 1" layer in the layer stack, then flip the "lords 2" layer horizontally, side-for-side. The resulting swapped figures in the "lords 2" layer would be offcenter to the left. The placement and general layout of the original "lords 1" layer would seem to be made for subsequently setting the merge mode of the "lords 2" layer to "Lighten" and allowing the figures in the "lords 1" layer to show through alongside the flipped figures in the "lords 2" layer. The lines of the new pair of lords might be completely harmonious, in a sense completing the other pair. This will add to the number of lords and also add more "substance" to the earth (Dune) plane.
Also, the "Lake" transformation will have to be removed from the "Lords 2" layer to avoid moire conflicts with the "jaggy" reflection components and to avoid a disharmonious interaction.
