Ultra Fractal Tutorial - The Making of "Lords of Arrakis"
Part 2. Creating the "coloring" layer.

Page 5. Adjust location.

Step 10. Adjust location.

A. Make sure the "lords 1" layer is not "editable" and the "coloring" layer is "editable".

Alt-drag the image to rotate it approximately 90 degrees clockwise until it looks like this:

The manual rotation was for practice.
Finalize your rotation by clicking on the location tab and copying and pasting, or typing in, the following Rotation Angle:
-178.4373

B. Shift-drag the image upward to magnify it a little, so that it looks like this:

The manual magnification was also for practice.
Finalize your magnification by clicking on the location tab and copying and pasting, or typing, in the following Magnification:
1.4815591

C. The image also needs to be panned to the left about 25% of the image width, which can be accomplished by Ctl-dragging it.

But instead, highlight and copy (Ctl-C) the block of text located here to the clipboard, then click on the Paste icon in the Location tab. This will paste the entire location I used into your "coloring" layer.

The "coloring" layer should now look like this:

This is the final "coloring" layer except for one more detail, which comes next.
